Separate Parinfer as a library about parinfer.js

As mentioned in #35, LightTable would love to have a clojurescript lib we could depend on and use in a plugin. I see that currently atom makes its own modified library

I was just thinking about introducing it into Gorilla-REPL. The latter is not (yet?) CLJS based. Would be nice if basic Parinfer would depend on CLJS and Code Mirror only (may already be the case).

@deas the integration points between the cljs and codemirror are a bit messy, but it is just those two.

@shaunlebron I think I have a basic proof of concept (parinfer in gorilla repl) working. But at this time, it feels like I just want a banana and I'm pulling in the gorilla along with the entire jungle as well. ;)
