Ok I solved the issue, but I think it's rather the simulator's fault because the solution in this repo seems good and apparently it is accepted in the 42 actual exam...
Anyway, the issue is in the Warlock class as you can see from the traces: to pass the simulator you just need to declare and implement
void launchSpell(std::string SpellName, ATarget const & target);
rather than
void launchSpell(std::string SpellName, ATarget & target);
