build names don't need to be overly complex right now. Copying from the .pio/build/[env]/firmware.bin file to ./backend/kubernetes/ota-updates/someFancyName.bin is enough for now

Dropping of the OTA binary signing means that PR #30 fixes this issue. I might come back to signing the binary, but it's not needed right now.
