Preference setting for automatic / manual scan mode about swift-paperless

Hey @ushandelucca, this sounds like a legitimate potential improvement.

Unfortunately, as far as I'm aware there's no way to tell VNDocumentCameraViewController, which the app uses for this functionality, which capture mode to begin with.

The only alternative I can see would be to re-implement the scanner functionality, but I'm afraid that's out-of-scope for this app.

it is a pity that the API of the component used does not offer this option. I had assumed that it could be implemented similarly to the "OCR Scanner - QuickScan" (https://apps.apple.com/de/app/ocr-scanner-quickscan/id1513790291) app.

Maybe you can take a look at this repository when you get a chance, it shows a possible solution:

I think this rebuilds only the UI part of the scanner view, but still uses VisionKit.

Does this still include Apple's default UI for editing existing pages, etc?

If it does, this might be doable, but in any case it is some non-trivial work (because I'm not well-versed in UIKit) that I'll have to find time for.
