Hi,
first of all many thanks for all the great work!
I have a really strange problem that occurs immediately after selecting a picture from the android image gallery. Right after the image gets selected, my app gets minimized (I can see the android homescreen) for a few seconds. I think it's independent from the Android version (tried it on three different phones with different Android versions).
I am not sure if's something that's only occurs with my app or it's a general issue. Have you experienced something similar during testing?
Hi @bbernhard,
Thanks for reporting it. I never experienced this issue before (although I've tested it across different android versions). Could you provide a snippet code that I could use to reproduce this issue ?
Also, what is the Qt version you are using ?
Cheers
Hi Paulo,
many thanks for the fast reply - really appreciated!
At the moment I am currently trying to reproduce the issue reliably. Unfortunately, it doesn't happen always when selecting a picture. As far as I can tell, it looks like the following: The first time I am selecting an image, the app disappears for a few seconds, before it shows up again. If I am selecting the image again, the app doesn't disappear (or at least it's so fast that I can't see it).
The following message shows up:
E/[EGL-ERROR](14476): EGLBoolean __egl_platform_swap_interval(egl_surface*, EGLint):2399: native window is NULL for surface (0x5ab08580)
W/my_app(14476): (null):0 ((null)): Can't find surface 1
I am using Qt 5.7.1.
I will try to create a minimal working example that reproduces this issue.
Thanks & Have a nice day,
Bernhard
