Setup CI about payara

Basic Jenkins is up https://jenkins.payara.co:8181/jenkins/job/PayaraServer/

Could this server be run on port 80? That way those of us behind painful firewalls at work could get a look at it.

Also does it build snapshots and host them anywhere? i.e. I would like to test the fixes in #56 and it would be much easier if there was pre-built versions to test ;)

wrt to port 80 should be pretty easy.

On the second point, it should be on the web soon as we just need to find the time to edit the website to link to the Amazon S3 buckets!

Jenkins is building to these publically accessible S3 buckets. You can use them for now.
