Incorporate C2B2 Eclipselink fix about payara

Do we wish to have a maven repo with the eclipselink projects jar files (patched) hosted on this Github until we can set up the SonaType maven repo? I will also need to modify the pom.xml to pull in the EclipseLink projects from the maven repo on here or SonaType depending on where the projects will be hosted for the next release

Might be easier just to host on this github in the short term as everything is together then.

Ok will publish the EclipseLink glassfish projects patched on here. I will then update the relevant pom.xml's to point to the maven repo on here so as at build time the patched EclipseLink projects on here will be downloaded.

I would ensure you give the pom a different version string with say p1 appended then, I imagine, you can just add the github repo to the top level pom.xml and reference the patched version string

Ok created an eclipselink maven repo on my own local repository here https://github.com/davewinters/eclipselinkrepo/tree/master/releases however I need to so some testing that the relevant jar files are downloaded and included when building Payara before hosting this repo on here.

Tested and working as expected after changing various maven pom files in Payara to point to this repository.

We now need to push this repo to this project along with changed the project poms to payara
