Fails to build on Debian unstable about pdf2htmlex

I've build pdf2htmlEx relatively recently on Debian in docker; I'll try to investigate this today

Note, that for re-including pdf2htmlex into Debian, also these two bugs have to be fixed:

Thanks for reaching out @josch. I started this fork to try to get a community back together that can maintain pdf2htmlEX. Unfortunately I personally am not familiar with C languages and can't do much besides try help respond to issues as they slowly come up.

@josch I have just created a pull request which updates pdf2htmlEX poppler dependencies to poppler-0.62.0 (Ubuntu 18.04). I would be happy to work with you to (attempt) to solve build issues on Debian unstable. Unfortunately I do not have any (native) Debian unstable machines, so to test any changes I would need to learn how to create a suitable build machine on AWS EC2.

Sorry, just yesterday I messaged Debian ftp-master to remove the package from Debian unstable because there was no update on this issue for nearly seven weeks.

Hopefully more people still using pdf2htmlEX will be spured to help contribute to its maintenance now that its been removed form Debian.
