Plugin not loaded about switchy

It stopped working after the latest chrome update.
I have tried restarting Chrome but it always happens.

Extension Info: v1.6.3
Windows 7 Professional SP1 64bit
Google Chrome 42.0.2311.135 m

Error log repeatedly shows:
