可能是秒传的问题，完全失效了，我用的是其他的工具

https://pcs.baidu.com/rest/2.0/pcs/file 似乎不再支持 rapidupload (秒传) 了。

有朋友知道是接口更新了吗？ 我在 https://pan.baidu.com/union/doc/3ksg0s9ye 没找到 rapidupload 接口。

在其他地方说是：百度对接口做了修改了，原理上第三方无法秒穿了
