This seems to be happening because I'm getting a deprecation warning in my test output, and I'm being taken to [APP_ROOT]/config/application.rb:7, which is where Bundler.require is called. Any idea why this would be happening?

DEPRECATION WARNING: ActiveSupport::Memoizable is deprecated and will be removed in future releases, simply use Ruby memoization pattern instead. (called from\|require File.expand_path('../boot', __FILE__)

You shouldn't be taken to any buffer automatically, but that's what would happen if you call next-error.

Never seen this behavior, closing.

If you encounter this again, please try to:

  • Reproduce it from emacs -Q.
  • Reproduce it with a new (sample) Rails project, and unless you can figure out the exact reason behind the problem, upload the project somewhere, so that we can try it.
