1. indicate whether you are using chromeipass or passifox
2. take screenshots of entry details for entries that do not work (leave the password masked)
3. provide the url for the login form in question

Hi there, this website www.hardforum.com doesnt work with the plugin. In fact, some websites work, and some dont. Any way to resolve this at all?

At this website, it doesn't even attempt to put in the l/p info. Or at least I don't "think" it does.

Also, when I right click the login area and try to enter it manually, it says no login information found. Title = hardforum.com

Hmm, that is strange. I deleted my hardforum entry and recreated it and now it works fine. shrug Sorry to waste your time.

Hmm, this is interesting. Looks like if I recreate the ones that don't work, after the recreation, they work. Just tried it with dropbox.com and that worked also after I recreated it.

You might have beginning or trailing spaces in the entry title or url--that can cause a problem. Otherwise, it should work just fine.
