As a back up, delegators can also use Polkadot.js UI to delegate or withdraw:

This issue is appearing for me in the latest build of Brave and Chrome, I'm unable to view rewards or withdraw etc. Any idea when we'll see a fix, it was working the other day but as of yesterday, things stopped working.
