[FEATURE] Menu sorting by Meta value about phile

@tyeeman I have looked at the code, and the old sorting by date is available, so it should be possible to sort by date and use the meta date as before. It is the same logic like in pico. we have marked the date sorting as deprecated, but it should still work.

@tyeeman I have refactored the sorting logic, now you can use any kind of meta information for sorting.

// sort by meta tag "Sort"
$config['pages_order_by'] = 'meta:sort';

// sort by meta tag "Date":
$config['pages_order_by'] = 'meta:date';

@tyeeman please disable the cache system or remove the data from the temp folder, it is possible that you change the meta information, but it takes no effect, because the page is in cache!
