%base_url% not working. about phile

Hey I think I removed that feature. But take a look at the markdown parser config. You can create reference URLs in the config. So it does pretty much the same function as the %base_url% feature. 

You can also write a small plugin to go over the parsed html and do a preg_replace for whatever you want. 

If this is in big demand we can probably add it back in or I can create a plugin for this kind of feature.

No references for %base_url% is working, thought it was some kind of incompatibility from pico, but apparently not.

It only prints the raw tag.
