7de71de fixes the blank page issue with Ghostery, but there's still the problem that loading the script may error prior to the onerror callback being applied (like when an extension is blocking the typekit domain), so that case still needs to be handled better. Currently it's handled by the 2-second timeout, which isn't ideal.

I decided to revert to loading the typekit script synchronously. Since this and the one CSS file are the only external resources, pretty much all browsers should be able to download these assets concurrently anyway.
