@dudw2019 Did you fix your problem?
There are several thing to get it working: * use oauth login for private gitlab repo * in your gitlab project create in **Settings** / **Access Tokens** a **read_repository** token * then in redmine change to your repo folder (mine is `/home/bitnami/repos`) * do a `git clone --mirror https://oauth2:<YOUR Access Token>@<YOUR gitlab server url>/<YOUR gitlab namespace>/<YOUR gitlab repo name>.git` * for bitnami i did also a `chmod -R :daemon <YOUR gitlab repo name>.git` * and a `chmod -R g+w <YOUR gitlab repo name>.git` * somehow FETCH_HEAD got wrong permissions should be `-rw-rw-r-- 1 bitnami daemon ... FETCH_HEAD` * in redmine as Administrator get the WS key from (global) **Settings / Repositories** * added following to gitlab **Settings / Webhooks** `https://<YOUR redmine url>/gitlab_hook?project_id=<YOUR redmine project id>&repository_name=<YOUR redmine repo name>&key=<YOUR redmine WS key` i hope i catched everything Best
I use Bitnami Redmine Stack for GCP (4.2.x), The method kiilo shared is still working But for me, the step 4 that kiilo shared should be `chmod daemon: <YOUR gitlab repo name>.git -R` Notice that the question mark is on the right of the word `daemon` ... I don't know why , but it works ! if it is still not working , you can try `root:` `<your user name>:`
