Terminal issues warning when using date() in Yosemite about phpmetrics

Hi,

that's not a PhpMetrics' issue : you system is not configured.

You'll have this error for every PHP script you will run on your system. You should add a date.timezone entry in your php.ini. For example:

date.timezone = "Europe/Paris"

Sure, i run a lot os projects and i never define this kind of setting directly in my php.ini.
It's more about the suggestion to provide a default in script.

Hum, not sure that's any PHP application should manipulate date.timezone settings : according to me, only the human under the computer can provide this information

But I'm agree that PhpMetrics could check that all settings are OK before running. Do not hesitate to make PR :)
