Hi @UlasSAYGINIM ,
You are missing the library responsible for the annotations:

  • For php7 : phpmv/ubiquity-annotations
  • For php8 : phpmv/ubiquity-attributes

you can add it manually:

composer require phpmv/ubiquity-attributes --dev

But this should be added automatically when creating a project, unless your devtools are not up to date. And I think it's the case here
So you have to update the devtools globally before creating your project.

composer global update

I just applied what documentation says, did i miss any step on documentation? if i did , can you send url for it?
