Was adding the contributor covenant and noticed it had a section for the project team email address. What would be best there? Also is linking it from the first bullet in the contributing section a good place for it?

- [email protected] is the most suitable email address for this.
- I also suggest making the file name ALL_CAPS.
- I don't think we need to do much more than link to it. Following other adopters for the CC, the copy could read something like 'Before contributing, please read the code of conduct.' with the link.
