I see that your unsafe-eval and pixi.js dependencies are very different version (7.1.3 vs 5.3.12) You should be using the same version for both of these things. Try that as a first step.

Still now working even after I change both versions to ^5.3.12
from pixijs.
Okay, so I needed to change a lot of things to get it working.
Looks like PIXI spine is not supported by the latest PIXI versions yet.
This is how I fixed it.
"dependencies": {
"@pixi/unsafe-eval": "6.5.10",
"pixi-spine": "^3.1.2",
"pixi.js": "^6.5.10"
}
import { Application } from "pixi.js";
import { Spine } from "pixi-spine";
(async () => {
const app = new Application({
backgroundColor: 0x000000,
width: 200,
height: 140,
backgroundAlpha: 0,
});
app.stage.interactive = true;
document.body.appendChild(app.view);
const loader = app.loader.add("spineboy", "/assets/cat.json");
loader.load((loader, res) => {
const spineboy = new Spine(res.spineboy.spineData);
// spineboy
spineboy.scale.set(0.35);
spineboy.state.setAnimation(0, "Idle", true);
spineboy.x = 0;
spineboy.y = 0;
spineboy.position.set(80, 140);
app.stage.addChild(spineboy);
});
})();
