I resolved the problem myself. I put it here in case someone else may encounter the same problem.
The problem was in my oracle file, in which I put a absolute path to the test directory to run the tests, which I should not have done. Just putting relative path to test folder makes it work because Angelix will go to different folders that contain instrumented source code files or patch candidates to run tests such as frontend or backend folders.
