Quick question, how do I get rid of the index.md? about jekyll-bootstrap

The landing page cannot be rerouted since Jekyll is made to serve from a static website server.

What many people end up doing is using the landing page as the archive which just lists all blog posts. ex: http://zachholman.com/. You can see the code for that here: https://github.com/holman/holman.github.com/blob/master/index.html
