Thank you sou much!! Version 0.1.3 was able to show the credentials configuration wizard and after that, the devices can be discovered both with Raspberry PI BLE adapter or ESP32 Bluetooth proxy active.

Once the devices were integrated, in the beginning I was not able to control them. Just the battery entities inform about the charging status and baterry level

I realized that it was necessary to "set" the mode of the Cubetouch II, as follows:

After the mode is selected (Push/ Switch), the above controls are available:

I can now too go through the wizard, and it founds the fingerbot, but when I add it, no entities are shown besides signal strength.

This means that your device has product_id, which is not included in integration for now. In order to add product_id I need this id itself (this is the text in parentheses after the word Fingerbot on your screenshot).

Next, I need to understand which kind of Fingerbot it is.

A better way is to obtain ids of all datapoints for your device. Here is described how to do it:
