Hi, I think you should be able to compile it using the mentioned repository on the README (which is not up-to-date though): I was using jlnr/mapnik-jni which is no longer maintained, but mentions a more up-to-date fork here on their main page: https://github.com/GISerliang/mapnik-jni I have not experimented with mapnik java binding for 4 / 5 years, and I cannot tell what is the status of the Windows support, nor if the previously mentionned repository is still working.
