i also meet this issue, join PM4 server, quit server, the raklib session wasn't close correctly, finally it close forcibly because timeout(debug message.

I was recently able to reproduce this by quitting right after spawning and seeing terrain.
RakLib continues to try and flush out packets that were sent from the main thread (e.g. chunks) after the client sends its disconnect notification, but after the client gets an ACK for its disconnect notification, it doesn't care about the server anymore.
