could you upload the glb somewhere? i can take a look. when you execute gltfjsx it's normally going to print out the scene graph in the console. another way to test it would be https://gltf-viewer.donmccurdy.com/ or blender. if they also don't show anything it's probably just a screwed up export and the gltf is empty.

Closing this issues as resolved.
It turns out to be a known problem with the glTF 2.0 Exporter: Selected object does not get exported if the parent is also not selected.
