Hi!
There is an issue with the Get-SPOSubWeb cmdlet I just found out. Besides that I will introduce an additional parameter, 'Recurse' which will return all subwebs in recursively.
Until that time you can build your own recursive function that uses CSOM to retrieve the subwebs:
$web = Get-SPOWeb
$subwebs = $web.Load($web.Webs)
$web.Context.Load($subwebs)
$web.Context.ExecuteQuery()
foreach($subweb in $subwebs)
{
# call recursive method that executes the same code for each subweb to retrieve any other subwebs
}

It has been fixed now with PR #23. If you download the dev branch and build the powershell cmdlets with Visual Studio you can use the fixes right now. Otherwise you will have to wait until the master merge time in the beginning of September. I will close this issue now.
