Error installing `parcel` (ELIFECYCLE - exit code 126) about pnpm

Couldn't reproduce on macOS. Try with pnpm add -D parcel --reporter=append-only and attach the output.

• i didn't pnpm store purge
• i did rm -rf ./test-folder/*

1. pnpm init
2. pnpm add -D parcel --reporter=append-only
   

.npmrc in ~ folder (if it affects anything)

# set npm global root without using `sudo`
# (`npm install --global <package>` | `npm i -g <package>`)
#prefix = ~/.local/

# for pnpm, use flat node_modules
shamefully-hoist = true

# installs any missing peer dependencies as dev dependencies
auto-install-peers = true
