The app doesn't download from the market due to a packet format error about andar

I have the same problem on my Milestone running 2.1
I don't know about the original poster, but I have the problem with the AndAR.

the market displays this error, when you try to install AndAR?

packet error... could be network related? 
Try disabling 3g (if its on?) and using 2g.
Do any other applications download ok?

The exact error is:
Installation error

Package file was not signed correctly.

However a friend of mine can use the app on his G1. So I guess it is device 
related.

Did you ever compile and run AndAR from source?
I remember getting this error, when I tried to install the app from the market, 
while 
having it already installed through eclipse

That fixed the problem indeed. I was able to download your app from the market. 
Sadly
it doesn't recognize any markers at all.

are ou referring to AndAR or the Model Viewer?
Are you sure, you printed out the right marker?
for the model viewer the only one working is this one:
