Improve testing story about ember-cli-cordova

@billybonks I'll take a look later to verify but It's getting pretty solid. I think I've got all of the tasks tested now.

The main thing that isn't right now is the actual addon file itself, index.js. Would involve some mocking of deps and such since it wouldn't be loaded in ember-cli itself but it could be done fairly easily I think. Pretty much making sure the hooks delegate to the proper thing. treeForPublic respects liveReload option, contentFor returns the cordova script for the body, included commands returns all the commands, postBuild calls the postbuild task with the config and project.

If we get that done then this is good to close

Ye I need to create a test for tree merge and commands. Been moving country
again, and my is crashed. Will let you know what the situation is in 2days

couldnt recover my work, will only be able to work again in 4weeks, so if someone else wants to take this on in the mean time they can.
