  2. example 中加一个 async-register 的例子，在文档中说明 polaris-server 的最小支持版本

客户端对用户暴露的方法并不需要告诉用户是怎么做的，直接RegisInstanceV2 类似的方法进行处理吧，然后原本的RegisInstance 以及 Heartbeat 方法标记下过期了
