We need to do some refactoring related with the multiple video qualities before fix this bug.
For example, we don't have any functionality to get the current video qualities supported by the browser: the video quality chooser plugin must to extract this data from the video sources, and then check if the browser can or can not play that videos.
This new feature is related with this bug, and we'll fix it after do some refactoring.
