If you are getting an infinite loop of 409s, then maybe you aren't changing the _rev when you re-put? Or maybe you have many many operations trying to write at once?

It's because the db.find give me the same REV as the doc I want to insert.
I ended with ending the process without trying to save the doc when the rev from 'find' and 'save' are the same.
