Ahh, it makes sense now. I am testing it with 1.13.0. Will let you know if i see any inconsistencies(so far its training successfully with CUDA now).

The CMake setup currently works with libtorch 1.12.0. During configuration phase CMake will search for this exact version in the prefix path and/or libtorch folder. If it can't be found, by defauly the cpu 1.12.0 version is downloaded and used. So to make it work, you can either use 1.12.0 Gpu version or set the required version to 1.13.0 in the repo-root's CMakeLists.txt (+reconfigure & rebuild). Note that the tutorials have not yet been tested using version 1.13.0.
