TimePicker: spinner buttons vs panel z-index issue about primefaces-extensions

Sometimes the buttons disappear after a while, so it might also be JavaScript related

Its because of this 250ms delay.

I fixed it by removing that delay and just overriding the TimePicker's internal adjustZIndex method:
