[BUG] .NET 8 MAUI App crashes on startup about prism

It seems that initializing prism in one of my libraries was causing this, so changing the order of initialization worked. But I don't know why because I'm only registering types. I'll investigate.

@ElRafeta697 you would save yourself a ton of time, effort and energy by checking the Navigation Result. You would have seen that Create Window was being called but your navigation was failing because of a problem in your code. Prism continues to support Modular app design so registering services in a Module wouldn't be an issue though if that is what you were doing you didn't actually show it in your code. This is why we require a sample reproducing issues. Most of the time it is really just an issue in your code.
