Reproduced!
Steps:
- Open https://codesandbox.io/s/m3q1m5yp9x
- In ʼTime with seconds' enter 111111
- Copy word
inputto the clipboard - Focus on ʼTime with seconds' input and press Сtrl+A + Ctrl+V
Actual: text input pasted https://i.imgur.com/sFQk5vD.png
Expected: empty input field

The problem is even bigger. You can past any value that has lower length than previosly entered value
from v-mask.
