Procurement crashes after loading all my tabs as soon about procurement

I didn't realise github doesn't support attachments like google code did...that's pretty useless. Mediafire is fine, thanks, I'll take a look and let you know.

I've found the issue, and why the hideout tab caused Procurement to crash, it's just going to take some time for me to fix it.

Procurement 1.8.2 has been released, which fixes this issue.
