Yeah, this lack of coverage is one of the main reasons motivating the 1.1 spec with its accompanying test suite. There's like a single open issue left there... gotta push to finish that this upcoming week, then we can fix up the test suite.
But yeah thanks very much for this, will be sure it's included.
