RemoteCertificateNameMismatch means the domains don't even match.

  • you cannot use an HTTPS certificate for an ip address - https certs are issued for a domain of sorts.
  • Your certs are not trusted by your system and thus not valid hence the error. Starrs have an option to disabling validating the ssl certs for lan connections.
  • there's just about no reason to do HTTPS between the applications. Anyone with a reasonable reason to do so would then mean they believe their entire local network is compromised and have MITM attacks
  • Given this is all on the same server, I'd suggest you focus on resolving you believing your server is compromised given you believe you must secure your local-on-the-same-server-communication
