What exactly fails here? Run fly <destination> --debug to increase verbosity.

@pstadler I have a similar issue, where the rsync command ends up prepending the CWD to the list of files, which I think messes with it because the from argument of rsync is the CWD.

So, it ends up looking like this ... /home/user/path/to/project/build/file1\nbuild/file2 when I think it should look like build/file1\nbuild/file2

UPDATE

I think the the issue isn't so much that rsync is prepending the CWD, but instead, the echo command is not processing the \n properly. I think it should be echo -e. I updated a local copy of flightplan to include the -e flag in the echo command, and it seems to have resolved the error.

@alexfu could you try to replace echo with printf (without -e) and tell me if this works?
