remote.mv/cp fails because of tty about flightplan

What happens when you run this code manually?
mv /tmp/culshaw-sh-1393145175582 /home/test/deploy/

I've tried this on two different servers, getting the same issue

I guess a script gets sourced (e.g. .bashrc) on your remote host which executes a command that requires an interactive shell. This could be a command like top or a prompt for user input.

Even though I wasn't able to reproduce it, v0.1.6 might solves this problem. I expect that you still see the warning but the flight shouldn't get aborted any more. Could you please update Flightplan and let me know if this is true?
