@joeduffy did outputs ever work in your attempts?

Like Luke, I too don't see the outputs in the spec, and detail this in #19.

Would love to know if you have any ideas since searching operator-sdk and controller-tools issues the last few days is not turning up anything that works.

I did -- you can see it in the video I recorded. #19 definitely sounds familiar and I remember struggling with that. There was some trick that got it working but now I can't remember. Let me look around and see if I can page it back in.
