The Olimex Can node was running a STM32F103RBT6

The STM32F103RET6 and the STM32F103ZET6 differ in pin and flash size

I've expanded the flash param storage, so the app now starts at 8000 (instead of 5000). Updated the script.ld as well as the boot_config file to reflect the expanded parameter flash.

Now with the symbols loaded, it looks like it hangs on the LSE:

I would bet the board does not have and LSE (Low speed crystal) or it is not starting

No LSE on the node. It was on the prototype board and hence why existing kconfig was giving us issues. Disabled RTC driver completely and now it's operational. Thanks for the help @davids5!
