You have disabled the REPAIR_WHEEL_COMMAND. The recent scikit-build-core release fixed a bug where wheels were being produced with the most recent manylinux name even though they were not manylinux wheels. You have to use auditwheel (the default REPAIR_WHEEL_COMMAND) to make a manylinux wheel from a Linux wheel.

Also, you can use TOML for most of the config then you could test it locally if you wanted too.

Indeed. So I should just remove the empty repair command and the default should fix the wheel, is that correct ?
