weights for dataset about pysrurgs

I have added the suggested changes using the -path_to_weights argument.

Example usage:

winpty python pySRURGS.py -plotting -path_to_weights ./csv/weights.csv ./csv/weights_data.csv 300

Note that I have made a lot of changes to the repository, including deleting large binary files inappropriately previously committed to the repository. I do not think you can update the repo with a simple git pull. I think you need to delete your old repo and reclone the db. The newer version is likely not backwards compatible with the database files created with older versions, but I have not tested this.
