I love the initiative, but instead of creating you're own container it maybe easier to create a Portainer stack for this. This way updates are direct from product developers themselves.

I guess I am missing how your suggestion would work. By creating my own container, I am able to install webmin on top of bind, without my own container I could choose 1 or the other, but not both.
