Apps locks ignored about applocker

The severity should me set to high as the application doesn't work at all

Android 4.1 and above have revoked the permission .READ_LOGS for apps
Other applocking applications are using .GET_TASKS

I suggest we update the app to use the other permission to detect apps 
starting. 

I have checked the source code and the class reading logs is 
DetectorService.java

@omran: Thanks for resolving the issue. Would you please update the versionCode 
in the AndroidManifest.xml such that the F-droid build can be automatically 
updated? The current version is broken for android 4.0+ and we cannot update 
the application when the version number remains the same.
This issue can be closed afterwards.
