@skullydazed I think I looked into this, but there were some practical API issues with which prevented the UI from using the default keymap correctly. We should properly discuss.

Some of the issues we've identified to solve:
- Custom keycodes, such as
RAISEandLOWERdon't work - Some keyboards don't have default keymaps in the API due to parsing errors
from qmk_configurator.
